Classes

 

CLASS TYPES

Classes are modified to fit the participants, the environment and aspirations, however they are not designed or suitable for treatment of significant injuries or illness. The types of classes are:

  1. Rest and Restore: these classes are about slowing down and learning to be with the self, going into a still quite space and finding a place where the energy of the senses are withdrawn (pratyahara). Suitable for everyone. Less about stretch and more about finding comfort and rest…a place of healing.
  2. Gentle Hatha Class:suited for all levels. These classes introduce the basic principles of yoga and offer a mix of strengthening, stretching and relaxation.
  3. Vinysasa Flow: physically orientated class that involves building of strength and body awareness.

No need to book for a class, you can just turn up on the day. If you are new, send me an email or give me a call 0450222955.

COST

$10 per class or $100 for a 10 pass class. The 10 class pass is valid for 6 months.

*Monday night classes run into each other. You can choose to stay for the 2 hours or leave at the end of the savasana of the first class.

Note: Classes do NOT run in the school holidays or on public holidays.
