Classes are modified to fit the participants, the environment and aspirations, however they are not designed or suitable for treatment of significant injuries or illness. The types of classes are:
- Rest and Restore: these classes are about slowing down and learning to be with the self, going into a still quite space and finding a place where the senses are withdrawn (pratyahara). Suitable for everyone. Less about stretch and more about finding comfort and rest…a place of healing.
- Gentle Hatha Class:suited for all levels. These classes introduce the basic principles of yoga and offer a mix of strengthening, stretching and relaxation.
- Vinysasa Flow: physically orientated class that involves building of strength and body awareness.
No need to book for a class, you can just turn up on the day. If you are new, send me an email or give me a call 0450222955.
$10 per class or $100 for a 10 pass class. The 10 class pass is valid for 6 months.
